Mr. Moor joined the Trust Companies Association (TCA), BATCA\u2019s predecessor, in 2009 and has been serving as chair since 2014. Under Mr. Moor\u2019s guidance and leadership TCA was rebranded to BATCA expanding our membership to include small and mid-sized banks and growing our base to over 30 members. A fierce champion of small and medium sized banks, Mr. Moor reinforced their importance in Canada and for Canadians, while striving for continuous innovation and openness across the sector.
